Its throw can one-shot a unit. At a certain HP threshold it uses a Faint hammer attack; the hammer has its own HP bar. Cleanse Poison (Feena) and hope the throw doesn't target your cleanser. A healer such as Mako or a defender such as Favelle handles sustain; a strong DPS such as Riviera makes it easy.
