VoiceSumire Uesaka

Equipped with the aerial strike armor dubbed the Rosetta Arm. She is far more appreciative of its function than its form, using it to fly over the city. Eventually, tourists came from all over Raktehelm to witness that sight. She tried suggesting ways to make the bare-bones attachments cuter, but both her researchers and residents were staunchly opposed to the idea.
