VoiceManami Numakura

Wields the anchor of the ship named after her affiliated country. She thought it resembled her usual axes while matching the theme of her current ensemble. She sunk many a vessel during the Pirate Kingdom festival. The mere sight of her swinging with the fury of a sea deity caused even the hardiest hearties to shake like landlubbers. She was not truly mad, but the lens of battle distorted her mirthful smile into one of lunacy.
