VoiceNobuyuki Hiyama

Hiei mastered the Dragon of the Darkness Flame, the greatest technique of the Darkness Flame Fist, and unleashed the true power of the Jagan Eye. He overcame his tragic past and fought many worthy opponents to bring this power to its limits--the overwhelming Demonic Energy alone is enough to make any of his enemies cower. When Hiei invokes the dragon hellfire from the Demon World and lets its explosive power loose, everything before him is razed to ashes by the overpowering black flames.
