VoiceRian Tachibana

A mysterious conjurer who appeared all over Raktehelm with winter's approach. Regardless of her mass popularity, no one ever learned of her true origins since she answered every question with a lie. However, her revision of the Grimm Stella works which position her as the central focus contains some measure of truth. She also wrote many poetry collections about winter and practiced lithomancy.
