Resists: Seal 100% · Paralysis, Freeze, Faint 75%

Few gimmicks, but it deals heavy damage and drains Arts. Its opening arts removes 100 Arts and 66% ATK from your team unless a taunt tank takes it. Below 50% HP it gets much more dangerous.

Mad Blader at the start of battle removes 100 Arts and 66% ATK from every unit it hits; a taunt tank takes it alone. It has a long animation, so a fast nuke can kill β-3 before it resolves. Its grab-and-throw Faints the target, removes 50 Arts, lowers DMG RES by 20% and deals heavy damage; bring mitigation. Its swipe lowers Skill CT Speed by 50%. It has +50% RES to every element, so Non-elemental damage and RES DOWN debuffs (Ashe) are worth more. Below 50% HP: DMG +35%, Action Speed UP and Curse on every attack. Kill it fast from there.
