Its shield blocks all damage from the element that hit it hardest before the shield went up. Nuke it before then, or slow-roll with a mixed-element team. At 0% HP it deals enough damage to wipe an unprepared team: stack mitigation on one unit (a taunt tank) or bring units like Mira or Mixie to survive it. Otherwise it deals little damage.
