This was given powers of the legendary Aqua Dragon that controls the oceans. It is clear that the country which praised the ocean as the origin of life possessed this treasure in ancient times. Its powers are said to overwhelm all countries, but it can only be used when the three shining weapons gather. However, it is too much of a masterpiece for Humans so it will take extraordinary time to solve all mysteries.
