Description
A supernatural shield that rarely appears to those who have subdued Tonetaurus. As merely handling it demands God-like strength, none have mastered it use. Regardless, the very act of owning it is enough to command fear as an emissary of lightning. It gathers particles from the air to produce powerful shocks, reducing any weakling who touches it into ash. Whoever is able to carry this is a superior being worthy of ruling the world.
