Description

Grants the blessing of the Water Dragon deity. Previously worn by a mermaid, it was bought by a rich mogul at an auction for a high price under the assumption it was simply a beautiful piece of jewelry. That changed when the town where he lived was struck by a huge flood, starting a rumor that it was cursed by the original owner. It stood to reason since said auction was illegal by nature, dealing in dangerous articles forbidden from sale.
