True Weapon of

Phantom Operative Jill

Description

This was the beloved whip used by Jill, a human extremist who moved behind the scenes during the Ancient War. She put on the persona of one so loving of peace she wouldn't harm a fly, yet in truth, she was a war-mongering meddler who looked to provoke the greater races. As a cunning schemer, she never fought battles head-on, yet her whip could decapitate foes or inject deadly poison, making her an enemy worth respecting. Indeed, she was every bit as much of a viper as the name of her whip implies.
