Pianissimo Figure Forte

Description

The ink-black dress Forte wore on Halloween night. Its intricate design gave this pint-sized commander the appearance of an actual doll. She owns clothes of a similar fashion, so it was not the look itself that she found objectionable rather than how Charlotte and Valerie fawned over everything she did. She seemingly disliked being treated as a child...except for the hoard of free candy she received.
