True Weapon of

Awoken Miranda

Description

The ties between shield and holder deepen with time, unlocking its true power. The metal becomes feather-light and harder than diamond. However, when the holder passes their prime, so too does the shield's protection weaken. Indeed, their vow only ends in mutual death. Many such tales exist, all of them stirring and cruel in equal measure.
