Description

A bejeweled chalice filled with miraculous deep-blue water. A tyrant, believing the one who controlled the source of life controlled life itself, fought to subdue the water dragon god. Enraged by his arrogance, the divine beast flooded his sprawling capital in a single night. How that was possible in a land-locked location was considered an enigma until the existence of this artifact came to light.
