Description
The magic scepter of Elenore, Witch of Peace from the "Six Witches of Grimm Stella". The top is an old clockwork contraption, belying its magical power. It was said her students were reminded of its simple chime whenever they heard a clock tower's bells. She always wore an expression of deep fondness while winding it.
