Soul Recovery

Description

A dagger for assassins proposed by a wizard. The pseudo-soul blade can link with the soul of the wielder when bloodied, allowing them to drain the life-force from the one they cut and meaning even a scratch can lead to death. During the disturbances in Raktehelm spies disguised as barbers used these blades to kill many high ranking personnel.
