Shadow Blades "Euthanasia"

• DMG 15% UP & Auto-fills Arts gauge by 1 when Boss' HP is 30% or under (Only Once).

Description

The greater the magical power of the user, the more of these throwing knives there are. It has been many years since anyone could use them well, so they lay dormant in the republic treasury until the young Fen found them and mastered them in a matter of days, thus laying claim to their power for himself. Yet watching him using these difficult weapons so self assuredly left no one able to deny his egotistical nature.
