Scatter-H2O

Description

After Rayas invited Marika to a beach vacation, she quickly set to work on a new kind of water gun. She used her Scatter series as the base but installed a dry heater to expand air for propulsion. This lets it fire a forceful stream with nearly no charge time. It also has a distillation mode to remove salt from sea water.
