Riviera's Keelhaul Coat

• DEF 5% UP.

Description

The overcoat of Captain Riviera. Despite its bulk, the coloring matches her bathing suit and the tough look matches her personality. Although some of her crew found the styling a touch too ostentatious, none were boorish enough to mention it. The ability to switch from mature to childish at the drop of a hat was yet another part of her charm.
