Description

A divine shield made from the 'Tonetaurus' feather which emits lightning bolts. The feathers themselves don't hold a charge, but rather the feathers' unique power converts the atoms in the surrounding air into electricity. A blow like a bolt of lightning has left many to warn of its dangers: "Lest not touch, for death awaits."
