Liza's Smart Skirt

Description

While Liza was systematically organizing the otherworld data in the tower, their custom of costume parties caught her interest. By letting attendees dress however they wanted, everyone could have fun regardless of status. She enthusiastically took initiative and made her own costume to spread the word. The one she chose was the uniform of educated women in the outside world symbolizing knowledge and maturity.
