Lamia's Harp

Description

An instrument maker was once so capitated by the sound of Lamia's harp, he devoted his life to recreating it. The completed harp gave power to those around the player, but was so accurate that it also caused the same curse as Lamia. It is therefore rarely used; records even state that criminals were sometimes taken into battle to play it.
