Insane Bracer Amaltia

Description

The powerful devil Grinzel collected sinners who have been sent to hell and made them fight, telling the winner they could return to life. He gave each of them one of these bracers, which temporarily brought them back to life while still in hell. No records exist of those who won such duels, so the origin of these bracers in Raktehelm is unknown.
