Frozen Beauty Dance Fan

Description

A legendary fan said to have blown away an ice storm. After the Ancient War, the Principality of Bamint became locked in ice, and the people despaired at the endless winter. One of the shrine maidens took up this fan and danced, causing the blizzard to cease and the snows to melt. A festival celebrating the coming of spring is still held in Bamint.
