Description
A jeweled scepter described within the chronicles of the Isliid Library Ruins. It earned its name from the water-blue gem clutched by the shaft in the shape of a sorcerer's arm. Few theorize it is an actual limb severed by someone intent on seizing his magical talent. As ludicrous as this notion is, the depravity of Human greed across history lends it believability.
