What GS Companion Is

GS Companion is a free, unofficial fan tool for the mobile game Grand Summoners. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NextNinja Co., Ltd.

What Data We Collect

If you create an account, we collect your email address (used for login only) and your save data, which includes your unit roster selections and stats/tracker entries you choose to save.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile name from Google. We do not access your Google contacts, files, or any other Google data.

If you use the site without an account, no personal data is collected. All data stays in your browser's local storage.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to authenticate your account and store/sync your save data across devices. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal data with any third parties. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or marketing purposes.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Account and save data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). Data may be processed in regions outside your home country. By creating an account, you consent to this transfer. Local-only data (if you don't create an account) never leaves your browser.

Cookies and Tracking

GS Companion does not use tracking cookies, analytics services, or advertising pixels. The only cookies or local storage used are for authentication session tokens and your local save data.

Your Rights — Fully Self-Service

You have full control over your data at all times, directly from the site — no need to contact us:

View your data: Click "View My Data" in Settings to see everything we store about your account.
Export your data: Click "Export" in Settings to download a complete copy as a JSON file.
Delete your account: Click "Delete Account" in Settings to permanently erase your account and all cloud data. This is immediate and irreversible.
Use without an account: All features work with local browser storage only.

These self-service tools satisfy your rights under the GDPR (EU/EEA), CCPA (California), the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988), and other applicable privacy laws.

Children's Privacy

GS Companion does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all data is removed immediately and permanently.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
